The Winchester Gallery and the Winchester Centre for Global Futures in Art Design & Media are proud to present our new exhibition commission curated by Norwegian artist and Winchester School of Art (WSA) staff member Kjetil Berge.

Kjetil Berge was the curator for Vestlandsutstillingen 2013, an annual touring-exhibition taking place across the west-coast of Norway. The exhibition taking place in the Winchester Gallery is a re-contextualisation of the original tegnNEARFAR. It brings together the existing work by Norwegian artists with work by WSA colleagues and artists. In this way the new show drawNEARFAR asks questions about the nature of our relationships – with drawing, with each other, with ourselves.
